RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days from purchase date. Items must be returned complete with tags, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in a condition of which it can be resold to receive a full refund. Returns postage is payable by the customer. When returning a package, we recommend obtaining proof of postage. To make a return please complete the contact form below. You will then receive the returns address.
SALE ITEMS
We can not offer refunds on sale items or custom orders.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be issued once the item has reached us in the satisfactory condition. You will be notified by email when the refund has been processed.
PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are processed Monday to Saturday and are shipped within 48 hours via Royal Mail.
DELIVERY
All items are shipped from the UK via Royal Mail.
